Polykemi are exhibiting at The Battery Show South 2025 in Atlanta, GA, USA – one of North America’s leading trade shows for advanced battery and electric vehicle technology.
The fair brings together engineers, innovators, and decision-makers from across the battery supply chain – from materials and components to testing and recycling. It’s a dynamic platform for exploring the latest advancements in energy storage, and we’re excited to be a part of it.

Polykemi’s expertise in high-performance plastic compounds
As a Scandinavian expert in producing high-performance plastic materials, we work closely with our customers to develop customized compounds that offer durability, electrical properties, and thermal resistance. Our compounds are well-suited for the demanding requirements of battery systems, including insulation, connectors, housings, and safety components.
At the show, we will showcase how our customized materials can improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of battery and energy storage technologies. We look forward to demonstrating how our advanced materials can help address key challenges in the industry, from reducing weight to enhancing performance and reliability.

Sustainable quality across continents
With production facilities now in the USA, Sweden, and China, Polykemi offers the same extensive product range across three continents. Our Swedish roots ensure that our North American production maintains the same reliable, top-quality materials that meet environmental standards.
We also help our customers reduce their environmental footprint by evaluating material choices, with LCA software to calculate the environmental impact of their products.

Material change in charging cable holders resulted in reduced CO₂ footprint
The Danish manufacturer EVBiler ApS, producer of charging cable holders for electric and hybrid cars, was looking for a more environmentally friendly and material-smart solution for one of their products. Polykemi Group provided them with the optimal material that reduced their CO₂ footprint by more than 80%.
